The Adventure of Lucky

WHO IS LUCKY?

This true story is about Lucky, a stray pup adopted by a family in Thailand. The book was illustrated for a close friend, Eve Danner Lentz, who is also the author. The idea of sharing this story with children was to introduce concepts of empathy. Proceeds from this book will be donated to organisations in Thailand that help care for and protect stray dogs. 

LOOK AND FEEL

After rounds of testing with colour pencils, crayons, watercolours etc, I found the digital pastel brushes to be most effective and produced very interesting textures once layered with others to create fur.
